Before using our 3/4 orthotics, please note the following: 1. The inserts may feel a bit hard and uncomfortable at first, but with continued wear, they will become soft and comfortable. 2. Replace the insoles every 6 months to promote healthy feet. 3. Store the insoles in a well-ventilated place to keep them dry and fresh. 4. Clean the insoles with a soft brush, but do not wash them in a machine. 5. If you wear a half shoe size, we recommend selecting the closest smaller whole shoe size.
